Since so many of my friends oppose Obamacare, I would like to get a list of reasons they hate it so much.

Is it because you think people who are already sick shouldn't be able to get healthcare?

Is it because they don't like the idea that companies have to provide health coverage to their employees? (Keep in mind that 96 percent of all companies already do provide health coverage to their employees.)

Is it because people are being required to get health coverage before they get sick?

Is it because the government will help millions of low income people get health coverage?

Do you subscribe to the republican mantra that we should just let people die who cannot get health care?

Is it simply because the name Obama is attached to it and you hate Obama so you automatically hate anything with the name Obama attached?

If none of the above, exactly what are your objections to the Affordable care act?

Destructive republican policies require massive spending in order to recover. They cause recessions while they are in office and then complain about the spending required to recover from the devastation they caused. Their denying Global Warming will end up costing much more to fight than if they had acknowledged it in the first place and taken action to slow it down or reverse it. Their denying preventative health care will end up costing much more for the emergency health care required in the end. Failure to provide quality education for all Americans will end up costing the country in the long term. But then why worry about it? In about 3.5 Billion years the sun will go out and life on earth will cease to exist anyway.
